The Gallery Location
We are inside Munro House, which is opposite Leeds City Bus Station.
Built originally as a Victorian textile mill, the high ceilings create a light and airy space.
Situated adjacent to BBC Yorkshire, Yorkshire Dance, The Wardrobe and Leeds College of Music, the building is within the area known as Quarry Hill, where Northern Ballet and the West Yorkshire Playhouse also call home. The Gallery itself is opposite Leeds City Bus Station, just over the road from the viaduct carrying the East Coast line north from Leeds – look to the left as you pass on the train and you’ll see us.
